Credits and billing
Sendit uses credits so you only pay for what you send. Each email you send consumes a small number of credits from your account.
How credits work
Credits represent your sending capacity. When you trigger a campaign, credits are reserved or consumed based on the number of messages planned. If delivery fails, detailed logs help you decide whether to retry.

Rounding Policy
We use a "Round Up" policy for all credit consumption to ensure system stability.
- If a transaction costs
10.1 credits, we will deduct 11 credits. - If a transaction costs
11.8 credits, we will deduct 12 credits.
* This applies to all automated calculations including turbo delivery, white-labeling, and AI features.
