Sendit is your all-in-one platform for managing bulk email campaigns. Unlike traditional newsletter tools, you own your sending reputation by connecting your own SMTP providers (like Gmail, Outlook, or Amazon SES). We provide the beautiful interface, list management, and analytics to make it easy.

Your First Campaign: Step-by-Step
Follow this path to send your first email in under 10 minutes.
Add an Email Provider
Sendit doesn't have its own mail servers. Instead, we securely connect to yours. This gives you full control and often cheaper rates.
- Go to Providers in the dashboard.
- Click Add Provider.
- Choose a preset (like Gmail) or enter Custom SMTP details.
- Crucial: Click "Verify" after adding to ensure we can connect.
Create a Template
Don't write the same email twice. Templates let you design once and reuse forever.
- Navigate to Templates.
- Choose between the Visual Builder for drag-and-drop design or the Rich Text Editor for HTML control.
- Use Tags (like
%%NAME%%) to personalize the message for each user.
Import Recipients
Who are you emailing? You can add people manually or upload a CSV file.
- Go to the Recipients page.
- Upload a CSV file with columns like
email,name, etc. - Organize them into Lists (e.g., "Newsletter Subscribers") for easy management.
Launch Campaign
Bring it all together.
- Go to Campaigns and click New Campaign.
- Select your Template, your List, and your Provider.
- Send immediately or schedule for later.
- Sit back and watch the analytics roll in!
Common Questions for Beginners
Why did my verification fail?
Most often, this is due to incorrect passwords or security settings. If using Gmail, you must use an App Password, not your regular login password.
What are Credits?
Credits are the fuel for Sendit. 1 Credit = 1 Email sent. We give you free credits to start, and you can top up anytime in the Billing section.
Can I personalize emails?
Absolutely! Use tags like %%NAME%% in your templates. We'll automatically replace them with the recipient's actual data.
Is there a limit to how many emails I can send?
Sendit doesn't limit you, but your Provider might. For example, free Gmail accounts often limit you to ~500 emails/day.
